The Samaii Form of Classical Arabic Music has evolved from the
Turkish Wasla (Bashraf, Longa, etc.) and was one of the most popular
musical forms of Arabic Music in the early part of the 20th century.
Hundreds of Samaiyat (Plural of Samaii) were written, and many of
them are still popular in our times. This CD was compiled to include
